Wedding robe to Fanoe Municipality

In the spring of 2015 Fanoe Municipality approached Gitta Foldberg ordering a wedding robe designed for the municipality for use by the many civil marriages annually taking place on Fanoe, wedding island. A special task like this is always exciting and Design Gitta Foldberg accepted the task.

The result of the collaboration is a custom-made wedding robe, designed by Gitta Foldberg. Gitta found inspiration for the robe with shape and colour of the Fanoe city arms, as well as from the maritime environment and the sea. The robe complements the Fanoe council chamber where many of the ceremonies take place in the best way.
